General cleaners not designed for natural stone and tile are not recommended. Some cleaners may etch the polish, discolour or scratch surfaces. Highly acidic substances, such as citrus juice, coffee, vinegar and soft drinks will cause etch marks in calcium stone based surfaces like marble, limestone and travertine. Sealing of surfaces will allow you reaction time to remove these contaminants before etching can occur. Nice N Clean use exclusively ‘Rockstar’ Sealers which offer a 15 year written warranty with if applied by a licensed applicator.

OUTDOOR AREAS – BALCONIES, POOL DECKS, ETC.

Because most of these areas will be subject to elements of Mother Nature regular cleaning of these areas will most probably not be required. However build up of fungal type contaminants such as algae, moss, mildew can be removed by a mild solution of bleach, or use a stronger dilution of Nice N Clean ‘Neutra’ Stone and Tile Cleaner.
